WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It may happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing info@bedden-amsterdam.nl.
If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Additionally, for consumers in the EU, it is also possible to file complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the EU platform.
